Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our handcrafted party items (cake toppers, favor boxes, and party decor), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take great care in packaging your items safely! However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if there was an error made on our end (such as a typo in personalization):

1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meliebysergia@gmail.com
2. Provide your Order Number and include clear photos of the damaged item as well as the shipping packaging.

Upon review and verification, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra charge or issue a store credit.

Postal Delays:
We are not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers. Please make sure to place your order with enough anticipation before your event date.
